Social Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion from H3O Social Manager

Email info@h3ofuel.com with the subject “H3O Social Manager data deletion.” Identify the Facebook Page or Instagram username involved and describe the information you want removed. Never send your password or access token.

We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting. We will acknowledge your request and explain the outcome or any information that must be retained under applicable law.

Disconnect Meta access

An authorized administrator can remove H3O Social Manager in the connected account's Meta settings or business integrations and remove stored credentials from the H3O tool. This revokes or removes the connection; it does not automatically delete public posts or Reels.

Delete published content

To remove a Facebook post or Instagram post or Reel, use the content-management controls on the relevant platform, or identify the content in your request to H3O. Facebook and Instagram may retain information under their own policies.
